Notice is hereby given that application has been filed with the Sterling Board of Appeals by Robert and Judy Denault for a Special Permit for purposes of change in use of an existing building from computer sales to child care/educational use on property owned by them and situated on the Easterly side of Leominster Road in said Sterling known as number 299 Leominster Road in said Sterling shown in the Assessors Map Plan Book as Map # 24 Lot # 12 and being zoned Light Industrial.
A hearing will be given on this application in the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling on Tuesday, February 9th , 2010 at 7:35pm. at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to the allowance of this application.
A copy of this petition is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
