The Planning Board must issue a Special Permit for shared driveways. According to the Protective Bylaws (Section 3.4.2), no more than four dwelling units may be served by a shared driveway.
Shared Driveway Special Permits must meet all the requirements for Special Permits as set out in Section 6.4 of the Protective Bylaws.
