The Board of Selectmen Candidate, Michael Padula filed a RECOUNT PETITION with the Town Clerk on May 27, 2010 at 11:15am. The DATE for the Recount has been established and the signatures received for certification in the Office of the Town Clerk and at the Secretary of State’s Office on May 29th.
THIS IS A PUBLIC MEETING
RECOUNT DATE: Tuesday, June 8th 2010; the counting will begin at 1pm.
LOCATION: 1835 Old Town Hall building, back room on first floor.
Each candidate will have available (by his own choosing) 10 “observers” to oversee the re-count. If you have not been asked by either candidate to be an “observer” and you expect to attend, please note you must remain silent behind the “rail.” If anyone is disruptive or interferes with the official RECOUNT, they shall be asked to leave the room by the CONSTABLE or OFFICER on the floor and may not return.
