NOTICE OF SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
2/10/2010 update: Surplus items will be added to the auction as they become available
Please be advised that the Town of Sterling shall conduct a sale of surplus property by way of an internet based auction to be conducted by GovDeals, Inc., whose internet address is www.govdeals.com. The surplus property is being sold in an “as-is” condition without warranty express or implied including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The online auction will begin on January 22, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. and ends on February 1st, between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. To access the items being auctioned by the Town of Sterling only, please click on this link or the GovDeals logo below.
The successful bidder shall be required to execute a hold harmless and indemnification agreement. Additional terms and conditions of sale may be found at www.govdeals.com.
The Town of Sterling reserves the right to accept or reject any bids submitted.
The property subject to this auction sale consists of the following: office equipment such as desks and chairs, computers, monitors, telephones, safes, canoes and vehicles.
