Consumer Confidence Reporting Requirements Not Met for Sterling Water Department
The Sterling Water Department was issued a Notice of Noncompliance on December 11, 2009 because its 2008 Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) was determined to be inadequate by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. The Sterling Water Department will correct the content in a combined 2008-2009 CCR, which will be published and delivered to all customers on or before July 1, 2010.
