H1N1 Vaccination Clinic for Priority Groups on December 3rd
H1N1 Flu Vaccination Clinic
Thursday, December 3, 2009, 4 – 8 pm
Chocksett Middle School

The Sterling Board of Health will hold the first H1N1 Vaccination Clinic this week.  Because of limited flu vaccine availability, only the following priority groups will be eligible to receive vaccine during this clinic:

  • Pregnant Women
  • Children 6 months to 35 months old
  • Children 3 to 4 years old
The clinic is open only to residents of Sterling.  There is no cost to you for this vaccine

NOTE:  Children should have two doses of vaccine spaced about 4 weeks apart.

In the near future, as vaccine becomes available, a series of other H1N1 Flu clinics will be held for other members of the priority groups of people at highest risk of possible serious consequences of catching the H1N1 Flu according to DPH mandate. Eventually, the flu vaccine will be available to all residents who wish to receive it.

Please visit the page on this clinic at the Sterling web site for more information and to obtain consent and registration forms.
