Senate seat vacated by Senator Kennedy's death will be held on December 8, 2009. Out of town on ELECTION DAY? Absentee Ballots are now available in the Town Clerk's Office. You must complete an application form to request an Absentee Ballot. You can download the Absentee Ballot Application or the Absentee Ballot Application by a Family Member here or at the Secretary of State's Election Division web site.
