	Please note: Wood, pellet or gas supplemental heating units are required to be installed with a Building Permit. This permit is not available for download. You can obtain the application form by stopping by the Building Department in the Town Hall or call us at 978-422-8111 ext. 2301 and we will be happy to mail you the form.
