H1N1 Flu Vaccination Clinic
Board of Health
H1N1 Flu Clinic
Thursday, Dec. 3, 2009, 4 – 8 pm
Chocksett Middle School

Because of limited flu vaccine availability, only the following priority groups will be eligible to receive vaccine during this clinic:

  • Pregnant Women
  • Children 6 months to 35 months old
  • Children 3 to 4 years old
The clinic is open only to residents of Sterling.  There is no cost to you for this vaccine

NOTE:  Children should have two doses of vaccine spaced about 4 weeks apart.

In the near future, as vaccine becomes available, a series of other H1N1 Flu clinics will be held for other members of the priority groups of people at highest risk of possible serious consequences of catching the H1N1 Flu according to DPH mandate. Eventually, the flu vaccine will be available to all residents who wish to receive it.

Please do not arrive early to the clinic because the schools will be crowded with children and school buses and the parking lots will be full with teachers’ cars.

To speed up the inoculation process on Thursday December 3, 2009, please plan on obtaining and completing the registration forms prior to arriving at the clinic.  You can obtain the forms here at the Sterling web site or at the Board of Health office in the Butterick Municipal Building during business hours 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
