Mission Statement The Town Administrator is appointed by the Board of Selectmen. The Town Administrator works to achieve the goals of the Board of Selectmen and implements their policies. The Town Administrator is also responsible for administering and overseeing the day-to-day functions, activities, and services provided by Town government. In order to ensure that Town resources are utilized in the most efficient and effective manner, the Town Administrator strives for a high degree of coordination, communication, and cooperation between all Boards, Committees, and Departments of
the Town.
